Bright and spacious, comfortable double room within quiet area of Oreston, very close to Hooe Lake and Radford Park. 10-minute bus ride to city centre. The room is situated at the rear of the house and is light and airy with a super comfortable king-size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table/desk. You will mostly have sole use of the separate bathroom as I have my own en-suite. Access to fully fitted kitchen/dining room and large sitting room, along with the lovely garden to the rear comprising of decking area with garden furniture, perfect for lazing on a sunny day and bed and gravel area to the top leading to back gate and parking.

15-minute walk to Morrisons or alternatively amenities on the Broadway, Plymstock. Great bus routes at the top of the road into city centre. A dog will be considered, but will need to be interviewed by George the Border Collie, who gets on with everybody. He is often away as he shares his time between myself and my daughter. Charlie the cat also resides here and is very independent and usually only home for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of fabulous walks, through the woods or by the water. If you are feeling energetic, beautiful walks to Bovisands Beach (takes about an hour) or Jemnycliff.
