Only 5-minutes’ walk from the wide range of independent shops, the supermarket, dentist, doctors, and bus stops in the heart of Ottery, the compact, 3-bedroom terrace house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with nearby unrestricted on-road parking.
The bedroom has ample storage in a built-in cupboard and bedside table. Views look over the trees and rooftops of Ottery to the town’s historic church.
The house is carpeted throughout. The downstairs is open plan with the dining area separating the kitchen from the lounge. A sliding door leads from the dining area onto secluded wooden decking behind the house. The vegetarian kitchen has shared dishwater, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, and a fridge freezer. The inclusive WiFi is available throughout.
Upstairs there is the shared bathroom, with WC, sink, and shower and 3 bedrooms: the room on offer, the owner’s bedroom, and a guest room.
As a live-in landlord, I work part-time from home for a charity.
