Room Available To Rent

I have a small double room available to rent in a spacious flat in Ottery St. Mary, Devon.
I am the current Tennant of this flat and the flat and am looking for a flatmate!
The room is a small double. is currently furnished with a wardrobe but nothing else.
The flat unfortunately has no allocated parking however I usually have no problem finding a space within a few minutes walking distance. I am situated in the very centre of the town, which is within walking distance to the local supermarket. There is a bus stop right outside the flat also.
I am a Full-time working Midwife, meaning I work unsocial hours including a mixture of days and nights. I have no set shift pattern and therefore my working week varies massively. I am looking for someone who is understanding of this and respectful of the fact I sleep a lot during the day, even on the weekends.
