We are looking for a friendly but independent lodger. May suit someone who works from home, as we can offer the peace and privacy of your own sitting room. Would also suit a retired person. Couples considered. We are looking to let long term, therefore long notice offered (2/3 months) to give security of living.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of town, with safe parking on the road. The whole house has been recently renovated. Ottery St. Mary is a small, friendly community with all facilities; shops, doctors, dentist, hospital, pubs, restaurants, community events and social activities. Exeter is a 20 minute drive, and there is a bus service. The mainline train service is nearby.
Prospective lodgers must have the Right to Live and Work in the UK.
