Modern and quiet 1 bed flat in Ottery st. Mary

Hello! My name is Bridie and I am looking for someone to enjoy my home on a 6 month contract initially. My 2 bed flat is in the centre of Ottery st. Mary right next to Sainsbury’s and has good bus links in to Exeter and Sidmouth. It has a communal entrance which is shared with only one (lovely) neighbour, a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen/lounge and a small courtyard. Parking is available 2 minutes away or overnight in Sainsburys. The fee of £775 a month includes all bills; broadband, water, electricity and council tax. My flat comes furnished with a double bed, corner sofa, clothes rail and small chest of drawers.

The reason I am renting only one double room out in my 2 bed flat is because I am moving in with my partner and would like a lodger for 6 months whilst I aim to sell my property going in to 2025. I will not be living in the property myself, but would need to pop in once a week just to collect my post and will store my personal belongings in the smaller second bedroom. I will also require that the flat is available to view on the odd occasion if someone enquires about it with the estate agent.
