I have two lovely double rooms available in my charming town cottage, located close to the heart of town with all excellent amenities within walking distance. One double room is on the first floor, and the other is on the second floor with an en suite.

I am a live-in landlord, but I work away four days a week and often spend one night away when I’m home. As a result, a large proportion of the time, I won’t be at the property.

Both bedrooms can be fully furnished or unfurnished, depending on the tenant’s preference.

I’m looking for professional individuals or postgraduate students for both rooms. Ideal tenants will be those who get along well with others and are committed to keeping the house clean and tidy.

The property offers outdoor space at the rear, including a decking area. There is also a shared bathroom on the first floor, a spacious shared kitchen, and a lounge/dining and study area on the ground floor.
