Room in bright modern family house available. We have a large garden with patios and seating. Large kitchen diner and separate lounge.

The bedroom is small but contains a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has bath, basin, toilet and hand held shower. It is next door to the bedroom and will usually only be used by the tenant unless a family members comes to stay.

We have a labrador dog who is very friendly. Ottery is a friendly town with lovely river walks. The property is walking distance to shops and pubs. Bus service to Exeter.
