1 double bedroom for female single occupancy only in my reverse level house. On street parking. WiFi and tv with freeview. Shared use of bathroom, with shower kitchen, washer/ dryer and dining room, single occupancy with a single bed. We are a reasonably quiet household and respectful of each other’s privacy. Would suit a tidy professional or student. In employment. Must have own transport as poor public transport.
