The room is in a 4 bedroom family home at the top of Paignton. Within easy access to main routes to Paignton, Torquay, Brixham, Newton Abbot, Totnes and Exeter. The area benefits from regular bus services.

I am a 44 year old dad and my two very polite and sensible teenage children stay with me half of the week.

My daughter has stated a preference of female only lodgers.
