Room to let in quiet house in Paignton. It's a small double room measuring 7'6" x 10'6". It is light and airy and has sea views

You'll have the use of the rest of the house - lounge, kitchen (washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, etc), nice little back garden (all the above clean and nicely decorated). Wifi, TV license included, etc. If you need the room furnished or unfurnished I can sort that out either way. I'm very flexible with your needs / requirements, very easy going. Additional storage available in a dry garage.

Looking for a nice, easy going, clean and tidy person preferably with a full-time job. References required.
