6 bedroom fairly modern house based in Paignton/Goodrington. Several mins walk into PAIGNTON town, 10mins walk to bus station and train station several mins walk to Young’s park. Off road parking. Great location in summer as close to everything.
Fairly quiet road, there is a railway behind the house but it’s not a noise hazard.

The bedroom is located off the kitchen on the ground level. There is a tv and freeview available

There is a separate fridge freezer for individual tenants use.

We have a young dog, 11mnths old, short haired good temperament, friendly.

We have 2 children living in the property at least 6 nights a week. The children are 7 and 11yrs old.
We host students in the summer as well so at times there can be more people in the house, all eating together or enjoying each other’s company, in the winter period it’s less busy.

Currently have a lodger in our upstairs room till august who is a working female 22yrs old, friendly and easy to get along with.

We like to watch films, listen to music, spend time with kids and family, welcoming students and others into the house like one big family!

We have a few rules
As follows
No smoking in the house, no excessive drinking , taking drugs or partying ,no shoes on in the house, please tidying up after yourself, rinse dishes and put in dish washer, no loud noise after 9pm at night, respecting other people’s property and privacy.

Washing hands frequently must be adhered please at all times. (Hand gel is provided through out the property to be used)
