Room in a 4 bed house in Paignton. We have 2 empty rooms available for rent so you would have a choice of one or maybe you need 2 rooms. They can either be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own furniture. I would prefer someone over 25 but would consider a student also. Rent can be negotiable for the right person - i would like someone responsible as i am away a lot. The property is quite close to the train station. Please contact me if interested.
