1 x Double fully furnished bedroom which has been newly decorated in a lovely reverse level house., The bedroom is on the lower ground floor (no views from there I’m afraid) and has freeview and WiFi, shared bathroom with one other. From the lounge and dining room there are south facing lovely views with a large balcony with sea and town views to Brixham and Berry Head. The kitchen, lounge and dining room is shared with live in landlady. and one other lady tenant. We are a female household. If you are a tennis player then expect a reduction in rent 😆
