Double room for weekly let

Hi. We have available a good size double room for single occupancy in our friendly house. Literally 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station, town and the seafront. The bedroom is newly decorated with brand new carpet. Very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom shared with one other person. All bills included. Use of all facilities. Parking usually available outside on the road
Will suit a quiet working person. The double room is for one working person preferably. There is no lounge available in the house. Sorry no couples, children or room sharing. Strickly no smoking in the house but garden and brick shed available if you want to smoke. The room is only available short term on a week by week basis.
