Fully furnished double bedroom

The house is situated in the heart of Preston right next to local amenities and Preston beach less than 5 mins walk away. The room is a big double room with a chest of drawers and 3-door wardrobe provided. Shared bathroom with shower but no bath. Downstairs is a half open plan kitchen and living area, plus a second lounge at the front of the house. I have wifi, smart TV with most of the subscriptions (netflix, prime, disney). The kitchen has an oven, airfryer, coffee machine and large fridge freezer to share. Would strongly prefer a veggie or vegan. I have a washing machine, but no dryer. The garden is big and catches the sun most of the afternoon, there is my shed there but it doesn't obstruct the space or sun. On street parking is available, but you have to apply for a residents permit which is £30 a year or you can park further down on morin road for free.
