More suitable for one adult, however we would consider a couple - must be full time employed.
This would be an additional £200 a month (for an extra person).

Accommodation is completely private & separate from the main house. This is a brand new studio apartment, very modern & clean. The accommodation consists of a large ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen area.

Bedroom:
*Large 55" tv that's mounted on the wall
*Double bed with brand new mattress
*Wardrobe
*Plenty of drawers
*Lots of power points

Ensuite:
Corner shower, sink, toilet & storage cabinet with mirror. The shower room is all brand new, tiled from floor to top of walls.

Kitchen area:
This is not a fully equipped kitchen, it's a 7ft black worktop, two breakfast bar stools, space for toaster, kettle, microwave & airfryer, fridge freezer. We have most items already, you would need to purchase the air fryer.

Access to utility room on request for washing/drying clothes

Wifi included
Central heating runs of the main house, we currently have this on for a few hours in the morning and again early evening. The room is lovely & cosy, no extra heaters will be permitted.

Plenty of on-street parking, we live in a quiet cul-di-sac

We have three very friendly dogs that maybe seen in the garden now & then.

One small dog maybe considered 🙂 Sorry no cats
