New Studio

Accommodation is completely private & separate from the main house. We have a brand new studio apartment that's still being renovated & due to be completed in a week or two. The accommodation consists of a large ensuite bedroom with a separate (small) kitchen area.

Bedroom:
*Large 55" tv that's mounted on the wall
*Double bed with brand new mattress, pillows, quilt & cover
*Wardrobe
*Plenty of drawers
*Lots of power points

Ensuite:
Corner shower, sink, toilet & storage cabinet with mirror. The shower room is all brand new, tiled from floor to top of walls.

Kitchen area:
This is not a fully equipped kitchen, it's a 7ft black worktop, two breakfast bar stools, space for toaster, kettle, microwave & airfryer, fridge & freezer. We have most items already, you would need to purchase the air fryer & freezer.

Access to utility room on request for washing/drying clothes

Wifi included
Central heating runs of the main house, the room is cosy enough so no extra heaters will be permitted.

Plenty of on-street parking, we live in a quiet cul-di-sac

We have three very friendly dogs that maybe seen in the garden now & then.
