Beautiful double room with ensuite

Hi, I'm Delia and live in a 5 bedroom detached house with my husband Peter, which we love to share with others. We are both easy going and friendly and would like to find a lodger who is the same.
I have used the house as a retreat in the past as I'm a therapist and teach Pilates, so it is furnished in this style. I wanted to create a feeling of being on holiday at home with Bali vibes.
We have a white miniature schnauzer called Snowy who is very friendly, so a dog lover is preferred. We live only a few minutes walk to Preston beach and there is a bus stop at the end of the road.
The room is a double bedroom with ensuite and is fully furnished. We are connected to unlimited fast broadband with TalkTalk. There is also use of the kitchen with washing machine, fridge and a dining room. We have a secluded garden you're welcome to use, which has several areas to sit and relax.
There is driveway parking for about 4 cars and space to store bikes etc.
The council tax band is D, but this and all other bills are included in the rent.
