Beautiful ensuite double room in detached house

Hi, I'm Delia and live in a 5 bedroom detached house with my husband which we love to share with others. We are both easy going and accommodating. I have used the house as a retreat in the past as I teach yoga and Pilates so it is furnished accordingly. I wanted to create a feeling of being on holiday at home with Bali vibes.
We have a white miniature schnauzer called Snowy who is very friendly so a dog lover is preferred. We live only a few minutes walk to Preston beach and there is a bus stop at the end of the road.
The room is a large double and is fully furnished with space for a seating area. It is connected connected fast broadband with TalkTalk. There is also use of the kitchen, washing machine, fridge and a dining room. We have a secluded garden which has several areas to sit and relax.
There is driveway parking for about 4 cars and space to store bikes etc.
The council tax band is D but all bills are included.
