Bedroom in flat close to the seafront

Small bedroom for rent 5 minutes walk to the seafront and 5 minutes walk into Paignton town. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Private balcony/outside space and a communal large garden. Situation very central and next to Victoria Park. On road parking available. I do own a cat and a dog so must be ok with animals, preferably a female professional. Cost of rent includes all bills. The bedroom will be furnished as a single bedroom - it’s just used as storage for me currently. Could fit a double bed in, but would be more comfortable/spacious with a small double bed.
