Hi looking for lodger from mid September / October - the house is a walk from Stoke Gabriel, close to Paignton beaches and away in a quiet countryside spot surrounded by orchards. I’m a busy person so am coming and going so not there as much as I would like!
You’ll have your own room and access to a single spare room / office. There’s a garden to enjoy with evening sun and courtyard space at the back. Room for 1 car parking space.
£750 including all bills, but would consider Monday to Friday lets or other arrangement. Council tax C
Would consider couples. Ideally young professionals.
