• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (fair use policy on dryer)
• Generous rear garden with decking area – perfect for relaxing

About the household:
The landlords (a couple) live in the property with their older son and their friendly, gentle dog Gizmo.

Location highlights:
• 12-minute walk to Paignton town centre, train station, and bus station
• Less than 15 minutes to the beach, supermarket, and leisure centre
• Conveniently located near the main Paignton–Plymouth bus route

We’re hoping to find a respectful, polite, and tidy person to share our home.
This room is suitable for one person only (no couples). You’ll need to be over 20 years old and in regular employment, as we’re looking for someone with a steady routine who enjoys a peaceful home environment.

Please note that the room is not suitable for people working from home, as we like to keep the house quiet during the day.

The room is available immediately, subject to satisfactory reference checks.
We kindly ask for one month’s written notice to end the arrangement from either side.
