Single room in a bright, friendly, creative home

Hi, I have a single room available in my home - it's a really lovely space with lots of natural light and a creative and relaxed feel.

The room is small and cosy, but with everything you might need; a bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, desk, chair, side table and big window. It would suit someone fairly minimalist or someone looking for a calm base to come back to. Ideally not someone who works from home all the time.

The area is well connected by bus and is a 25 minute walk from Paignton train station. The front garden has views of the sea which I am turning into a herbal wildflower meadow. There are very beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive, and supermarkets just 5 minutes away.

I'm looking for someone who is kind, considerate and easy going. I really value a peaceful and positive home where everyone feels supported and comfortable.

There is a shared modern bathroom upstairs (with a shower and bath) and a second WC downstairs. There is a separate living room with two sofas and a tv, and the kitchen area has been extended to make a huge bright and airy space with double doors that open out onto a large patio and garden. This is south facing and gets sun all day long!

I have a dog called Frida, she is a 7 year old labradoodle who will give you a very warm greeting with a slipper every time you come home! She's very soft, friendly and quiet. I'm open to the possibility of another dog here if you have one, depending on how they get along. Obviously the room would not be suitable for you if you have a cat, dislike dogs, or have a pet allergy.

All bills are included however I don't have wifi at the moment (if this is a deal breaker I'm willing to consider it).
