Lovely Clean Bedsit Room - No Shared Facilities

If you are looking for a quiet space with your own facilities then please read on.

As this is within our home/business building we are looking for a quiet, respectable, considerate individual, if you are a party animal then this won't be the place for you.

We have a studio room to let, which is close to the bus/train station.

It consists of a sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a fully equipped kitchen area including full size fridge, oven and microwave.

There is no central heating but easily warmed with electric heater..

It has a separate (not shared) shower room with toilet and basin.

There is a laundry area available (chargeable) to use which has a washing machine, tumble drier.

We do have wifi but strength of signal is not guaranteed.
All services paid except coin meter for electricity.
