Double room in 3 bed house. £90 a week is an all in price. Couples considered, at £125 per week. It is a clean, modern house and the shared facilities are a relatively new kitchen and bathroom and we have wireless internet and sky television.

Centrally heated, large garden, parking, washing machine, dryer, WiFi, Inclusive of all bills.

We are flexible with a modest £100 deposit and references may be requested. The bedroom has been recently decorated and contains a double bed, full length double wardrobe with mirror, two bedside tables/drawers.

The house is in a quiet road with no parking restrictions. Close shopping and transport to town.
