This lovely freshly painted double room is at the back of our recently renovated spacious cottage. It is quiet and overlooks our small courtyard and the impressive former Victorian glove factory (now high-end apartments).

Shared shower room and toilet, shared kitchen and lounge. Use of small rear secluded courtyard. Use of washing machine.

We have 2 smallish, very friendly and well behaved dogs who are very much part of the household.

Smokers welcome but to smoke outside only.

Rent includes service bills.
Council tax is Band B.

We are looking for a female to share our house with.

Our whole cottage was completely renovated recently to a high standard. It's warm and cosy with central heating throughout and a wood burner in the lounge.

You're welcome to use existing kitchen items/pans/crockery/cutlery etc.

I've put 6 months as maximum rent period for now but I'm open to discussing an extension nearer the time.

The room comes furnished with wooden shelving unit, a sturdy wooden double bed, and new curtains. More furniture can be included if needed.
