Room to rent in new build home

Double room to rent in a brand new 2 bedroom end terrace house.

I am a 25 year old professional, I have a very cute dog (he’s only small!). I work full time including weekends so am out most of the time. Looking a professional to share with, who is friendly, polite, and easy to get along with! I’m mainly looking for a lodger as I am spending most of my time at my boyfriends house, so will only stay here around 2/3 times a week.

You will have your own double bedroom with an en suite, I will be in the 2nd bedroom using the main bathroom. There is a shared lounge and kitchen diner.
