Double room in Pinhoe

I have double room to let with immediate occupancy available. It’s located in Pinhoe with in walkable distance to pinhoe rail station which has links to Exeter central and to London Waterloo. Also, there is a bus stop in 100 yards with good frequency of buses to the city center. Very quiet and peaceful location. The room is furnished with double bed, Wardrobe, Chest of drawers or a table and Chair. The Kitchen and Dining room will be shared and has microwave, gas cooker and oven.

I’m living in landlord aged 36, busy full time working professional. I’m often out and about but when in generally keep myself to myself.
