Single room in quiet area of Pinhoe

Single room available in quiet area of Pinhoe, Exeter. 2 bus routes and rail station a few minutes from the house. M5 approx 5 min drive. The room was formerly my son's before entered university in Bristol. We have another room which is used occasionally by my daughter who is also at university. No en-suite but sole use of family bathroom. We have a friendly Border Collie dog. My wife is Indonesian and can cook up excellent English and Asian food.
