Pinhoe is located on the East side of the city, and has fantastic transport links to Roads, Railway, buses and even Exeter Airport.

Regular train service takes 5 mins to get into the centre of Exeter, and Pinhoe station is a 2 minute walk from the house.

M5 and A30 are also a very short drive, and there are multiple bus routes.

Sowton and the Met Office are within easy walking distance, so there is absolutely no need to have a car at this property, although there is plenty of parking.

Airport is also only a 5 minute drive.

This is a great accommodation for young professionals who want to live in a friendly and homely house which includes ALL bills, and bedroom furniture. There are numerous social areas both inside and out. All you need is your suitcase, and you will be ready to go.
