Spacious room to rent in Westclyst/Pinhoe

There are some details about the house, bills and the current housemates below. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

House Details:
- The room is furnished with a king size bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
- The bathroom would only be shared between you and one other housemate (there's also an extra toilet).
- There are two living rooms/social spaces (one of which can double as a spare room).

Bills:
- All bills are included, except for council tax.

Additional info/details:
- Live in landlord with one tenant already agreed and moved in.
- Both students and professionals are welcome.
- The current housemates are relaxed and sociable - or at least they think they are!
