Beautiful Double Room near Pinhoe

Come lodge with me in my 3 bed end of terrace Town House. I work full time from home and have my 2 dogs to stay for the weekends, so liking dogs is essential. They are small, fun and very loveable.

I am looking for a professional person ideally female (would consider male) to share my house with. Happy to consider a Monday to Friday arrangement.

Your furnished room is located on the top floor with separate bathroom for your sole use for 95% of the time. Occasionally my daughter/friends visit and will stay in the spare room on that floor at which point that bathroom will be shared.

We will share the kitchen/lounge/diner on the ground floor which opens out into the small mainly Patio garden at the back. Also, we will share the upstairs Lounge which has a TV in.

Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster as well as Utensils for you to use (no microwave in situ).

All bills, council tax, reasonable use of water, electric/gas/internet included. Cleaning of your area is your responsibility.

There is on street parking, access to buses, train, a co-op as well as a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Pinhoe. Exeter Airport is a 15-20 min drive away
