Modern double room with own bathroom

We are renting out a double room. The house is a new-build, townhouse in the Pinhoe area. The room is on the ground floor and you’ll have your own bathroom, aswell as your own fridge. The house is cleaned by a professional cleaner once a fortnight.

We are looking for a working professional who is very clean and respectable as we’re a very clean and tidy household. All bills are included with fibre broadband 300mbps.

We are a young, friendly couple with a boxer dog, who keep themselves to themselves but are always on hand if you need anything!

We are a five minute walk to Pinhoe train station which is a four minute train journey into town, bus stops at the top of the street and easy access onto the M5. Lots of parking available if needed.
