Double bedroom with En-Suite

Hello,
I got a double bedroom with En-Suite in Tithebarn to rent out. I have bought the house couple of months ago and looking for a clean, tidy and respectful individual to share my home.
The room comes with:
Double ottoman bed with storage, double warderobe, big chest of draws, bedside table and a lamp. You got a bathroom for solely use with a LED cupboard for extra storage.
Standard living room with 4k top spec LG- Netflix, Apple TV. Sky ultra fast broadband with 500MB+. Kitchen comes with fridge, washing machine, ninja air fryer and a professional SAGE barista coffee machine.
There is a garden with furniture and a shed for bike or general storage which you are welcome to use.
In front of the house there is a visitors parking which can be used when free, if not there is load of on street parking on Tithebarn way, which is a street down.
Great transport links with a bus stop down the road going in town, bus stop near the Science park for the N4, Pinhoe train station at 0.7 miles and the J29 of the M5. All the big shops are in close proximity LIDL, ALDI, Sainsbury's. There is a Tesco opening next month which will be few steps from the house.
About me:
I'm currently full time employed. I do some late shift with finishing time about 12-01 am. I love going gym and cooking. I have lived mostly in shared accommodations and have a great sense for personal space and respect. I do go on frequent holidays abroad so looking for a responsible person to take care of the house while I'm away. The room is for solely use, so ideally looking for a professional or full time student. I don't feel comfortable having strangers in the house so please bear in mind.
Also with your monthly rent you got all bills covered, laundry detergent and softener, unlimited use of the coffee machine ( I have about 3-4 every day so don't judge me 😃) and filtered water.
