I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to be renting out my spare room for the very first time in the lovely home my partner and I bought three years ago. We’ve spent that time making it warm, cosy, and truly ours, and now I’m looking for someone lovely to share it with and make it feel like your home too.

The room itself has a warm, homely feel, with a built-in wardrobe and under-bed drawers for extra storage. You’ll also have your own bathroom, which is used just once a week on Wednesdays when I see clients from my home studio, I’ll always make sure it’s sparkling clean for you afterwards.

Our home is a modern new build in a quiet and safe area of Pinhoe, just a 5–10 minute walk from the train station and bus stops, with easy access to the M5. Nearby you’ll find Aldi, Lidl, and Sainsbury’s, so everything you need is close by.

You’ll have full access to:
- A sunny garden, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after work
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area
- A comfy shared living room for chilled evenings and the occasional Netflix binge

There’s on-street parking, no pets, and it’s a non-smoking home.

A little about me:

I’m 30 years old, a professional hairstylist, and run my own wedding hair business alongside working in a salon. I lead a pretty busy lifestyle, and when I’m not working, I love getting outdoors. I’m actually training to climb Mount Kilimanjaro next year, so I’ll be ramping up my training, I should really get started.

I absolutely love to host and cook for family and friends, but I also enjoy a cosy night in with a chick flick or cheesy girly series, like selling sunset, Bridgerton and Emily in Paris… I can’t wait to watch a bit more trashy TV guilt-free while my partner’s away (he’s not the biggest fan!).

I’d love to find someone who enjoys a relaxed, social atmosphere, maybe sharing the occasional meal, gin or prosecco with but also values their own space and downtime.

My partner has recently moved to London for work, so he’ll be back the occasional weekends. I’ll also be heading up there frequently which means you’ll have the house to yourself when I am away.

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and friendly professional female who’ll treat my home with care and enjoy living here as much as I do.
