Double room in brand new 2 bed - Pinhoe

I’m looking to rent my spare room to a similar aged female housemate, I’m quite laid back as long as you are respectful and clean as the house is very new, modern and very tidy! I’ve just moved in so more furniture in shared spaces is pending!

I myself still enjoy having drinks with friends etc, although not regular, I would love someone to move in that is similar and will get along with that’ll also get involved! (I. e ideally not someone who will want to stay in their room all the time as would also enjoy having company and a laugh!)

Whilst I’m happy for partners to visit - I am single myself and don’t want to feel as though I’m living amongst a couple in my own home so please respect this 💕
