Double room with private bathroom and allocated sp

Hello! I'm Laura, a 30 year old professional working in the civil service seeking a lodger for a spacious double room in the end of terrace home I own and live in.

The room contains a double bed, bedside table, storage cabinets, wardrobe will full length mirror, and built in cupboard storage. There is a private bathroom adjacent to the room which includes a bath/shower combo. The living, kitchen, dining room and garden will be shared living space. An allocated off-road parking space is available outside the front of the house.

All bills are included in the cost, including TV license, high-speed broadband Internet, council tax, water and electricity.

A local Co-Op is a 2 minute walk away, and the estate where I live has plenty of parks and green spaces. There are bus and train links within a few minutes walk making it perfectly accessible for anyone who may not drive. In addition, there are also local pubs, restaurants, takeaways and doctors surgery nearby.

I am an incredibly friendly person but consider myself to be an ambivert - enjoys socialising as much as alone time. I keep my home clean and tidy, and welcome enquiries from non-smoking, single occupants. The property would not be suitable for someone working from home.

I own an 8 year old cockapoo called Archie. He is an incredibly friendly and affectionate dog, so a dog lover would be ideal.
