The room is located on the second floor and benefits from large bay windows, as well as your own private shower room and toilet, offering plenty of light and privacy.
The house is very well connected, with Pinhoe train station and a reliable bus stop less than a minute’s walk away, making it ideal for commuting.
The room is currently unfurnished, making it ideal for someone with their own furniture. However, I’m also happy to furnish the room fully if preferred, depending on what suits you best.
I live here with my two boys, aged 6 and 10. We are ideally looking for a single female lodger who would be comfortable in a friendly family home. We would also consider a mum with one child for an additional £50 per month to cover bills etc.
All bills are included.
