Pinhoe is a quiet yet very accessible village set just 3 miles from the heart of Exeter City Centre. Pinhoe offers a range of excellent amenities including a local shop, chemist, pub/restaurant, take aways, train station, bus stops and Play Park.

The Coach House has its own private entrance , off street parking , WIFI and Kingsize Bedroom with ensuite shower room. A separate Kitchen complete with washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave and spacious Lounge Dinning Area.
