Big double room in a shared house

Five bedroom share house located in Manston road, great location for getting to town, University campuses and hospitals; on excellent bus routes too. Average walking time to the centre of town is 15mins.

We have 2 rooms available:

* From the 5th March 2015: One small double room. £100 per week

* From the 5th April 2015: One big double room. £120 per week

The rooms are very cosy, light and spacious, fully furnished to a high standard. Room is for single occupancy only.

Amenities include washing machine, gas central heating, garden and unlimited broadband wifi. There is on road parking, with no permit required. The house has been completely refurbished and all rooms are spacious and cosy. The house has 2 bathrooms, a dinning room, kitchen and a lovely garden.

At the moment we are four young professionals living here. It’s a friendly house and would suit someone who wants a relaxing, homely environment. Someone independent and sociable who also likes their own space, and who is used to sharing and clearing up after themselves.
