Large, well-lit and airy rooms. 1x downstairs toilet, 1x upstairs shower, 1x upstairs shower and WC and 1x upstairs bathroom. Big outdoor secure courtyard great for storing bikes/surfboards ect and hanging out and BBQs in the summer! Direct access to quiet alley way - really good for bikes.
