A lovely one bed annex flat joining onto our house, within a quite residential area, with access to the garden and additional outside storage if required.

The annex has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe off the bedroom. An open plan living area with a kitchenette which has a double hob, convention oven, toaster, kettle ect.

The front door open onto a gravel terraced area which extends down into the garden, where we have our own chickens and ducks (we also have a small dog).

All bills are included in the rent, including council tax (as it is joined to the main house that we live in). This is the prefect location for a short term let for a placement student on rotation or similar. Longer term rents will also be accepted.
