Quiet Double Size Room

I am looking for an additional lodger who is a single working person, tidy, friendly, quiet, respectful and laid back. They must also like a quiet, small, friendly dog that stays very occasionally (e. g. I or 2 days a month, during the day!)
My home is clean, tidy and spacious, with high ceilings and is on a quiet road that is a 10-15 minute walk (depends how long your legs are!) to Plymouth City Centre/University and local shops, pubs and restaurants. It is on a regular (every 20 min) bus route and there is free on street parking available. There is also a Pure Gym, Aldi and a Tesco Express within 5 minutes walk.
I have a large furnished loft room available. The room is very private, warm and cosy :-) . I have fitted total blackout blinds.
There is wifi throughout and all utility bills are included.
The room has been freshly painted and there are plenty of plug sockets.
