Double Room In A 3 Bed Room House

Large double room in a 3 bedroom house with 2 toilets, bath and shower. The house has a lounge, dinning room, kitchen, wash room, front and back garden, with a green house. The dinning room can also be transferred into A second lounge for whoever moves in, if they want.

I'm not the landlord/lady. But I've been living hear for over 5 years, I rent privately and the landlady is awesome!!

The house has broadband and free parking outside on the street.

Also we have a spare room which can be used as an office, storage or a spare bedroom for guests.

The house has bus routes into the city centre ( 20mins), there’s woodland and river areas just a couple of minutes walk and the Moore’s are a 10minute drive away.

It’s just myself and my dog that live here, so ideally someone who likes animals is a must and I am open to another animal living here as my dog has lived with cats and other dogs.

I’m pretty laid back, I’m into movies, walking and good coffee, gaming and skating. ..Any info feel free to hit me up.
