Student Studio 216 at Tamar House, Plymouth

Need a Student tenant as soon as possible for a studio at Tamar House, 2A Old Town Stree, Plymouth, PL1 4HJ. I am no longer going to be staying here so I am looking for someone to live here urgently before the start of the contract. It is a very nice and spacious studio with all the facilities you need as it has a bathroom with a shower and sink, good amount of floor space, a double bed, cupboards and wardrobes which are spacious, a kitchen area with all the important items such as kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and even an oven.
