The house is 8 years old and in very good condition with a good sized garden.
It comes with a designated off road parking space.

The main bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom and not shared with anyone else.
Access to garden shed for storing bicycle if needed.
I work away (staying at home 1-2 nights a week) so you will have the place to yourself the majority of the time.
This place would probably suit someone who likes their own space and a quiet house. It would be wonderful to hear from you and we can arrange to meet up and show you the house.
More suited for someone looking for shorter term accommodation as wouldn’t be able to guarantee stays over 6 months.
