Hi I’m Jon, the live out owner.

The house is clean as a cleaner is provided within the bills. The room will be the middle bedroom which is the quietest bedroom in the house and includes: a window, blind, two double wardrobes, double bed, a chest of drawers and door hooks.

This property benefits from only 3 people maximum living in the property. Parking is always available, and free with no permits. The house has modern appliances and reliable fast internet speeds.

Positioned a short walk from the dockyard, and excellent connections to the A38 and public transport linking to the hospital and city centre. There are local shops and Lidl/CO-op within walking distance.

The existing lodgers are both professionals one male, working for Babcock and one male (Maritime Risk/Security Manager). They are clean tidy and courteous as I try to maintain a home rather than continuous chain of tenants.

Overall I would prefer a clean and courteous professional lodger.
