I am moving to Bristol so looking for someone to move in August 2019 to cover the last month of my tenancy of a year, as I am moving to Bristol and potentially carry on and have a contract further than this. I am the previous tenant and the room is huge. It comes fully furnished.

Amazing views of Plymouth Sound/Sea as it’s a top floor flat There is a car park / private drive. Location is very central approx. 5 mins walk to town and 2 mins from University. Spar 24 hour shop down the road. Mutely is 5 minutes walk with more supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi and Coop.

The current flat is a 24 year old Male tattoo artist who also DJs for pleasure. He does practice mixing but never past 10pm at night. He is very friendly and polite and easy going and has been a pleasure to live with.
