Student housemate wanted

We are looking for a female house mate to fill a large double room in our 3 bed property. Needs to be a university student as the property is a student house. The property has a spacious living room and kitchen and also has a laundry room and garden. Permit parking out front also available. We are looking for a housemate that will want to become good friends and socialise with us, who we can trust and hang out with. We expect our housemate to be clean and tidy as we are. We both enjoy chilling and watching films and playing games but also love a good night out every now and and then!
