Tenancy Deposit- Equivalent to 1 Month's Rent
Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when your move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.

Key Replacement - at reasonable cost
This will buy you a new key for the next working day.

Locked out Fee -
We do not provide a locked-out service, however if you require a locksmith out of office hours, we recommend calling the out of hours number provided. They carry a master key. A charge will then be discussed between yourself and locksmith directly.

Ending Tenancy Early – at a reasonable cost
Only to be charged once a replacement for your tenancy is found and that person moves in. Covers the cost of administration and marketing.
