This 4 bed roomed house is located on Southern Terrace, a quiet side street a few minutes walk from Mutley Plain. Council Tax, Broadband and Water are included in the rent, but Electricity and Gas are on meters- £5 a week for both per housemate. There is a main bathroom upstairs and a smaller shower room and bathroom downstairs. Shared kitchen is fairly spacious and there is also a living room. Washing machine and dryer included.

There are 2 parking spaces at the back of the property,(tight turning space so be careful), only for use by tenants so you don't have to have a permit if you have a car. There is a cat around the house so if you like cats it's another plus.

I am moving out on the 20th September so the room will be available straight after on the 21st.
