Lovely terrace house with beautiful views overlooking the sea and Tamar Bridge.
The room available has a kingsize bed, wardrobe and shelves.
You will have use of your own clean, modern and private bathroom.
It’s a quiet location, not a lot of traffic, with on street parking.
Lovely little walks around the woods and creak close by.
Easy access to all the main routes in Plymouth and the A38 by car or bus.
I’m looking for a professional who is quiet, clean and respectful. Female preferred.
I do not take couples.
The kitchen is a great size with every bit equipment needed for share.
There is not a great amount of storage, I do have a garden shed, with some space.
Must love pets. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, they are my priority.
I have a hybrid work schedule.
